Having sourced, interviewed, and placed top talent across various industries including education, not-for-profits, and financial services, Amy understands what hiring managers seek in candidates and how to craft standout resumes and LinkedIn profiles. 

Whether working with recent graduates or mid-career professionals, Amy provides tailored coaching on resume creation, LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, and job search strategies. Amy is dedicated to helping individuals unlock their full potential and thrives on guiding clients through career transitions and equipping them with the tools to succeed in competitive markets. She has a keen interest in assisting clients who are recent grads, early career, returning to work, and career changers.

Amy holds a Masters in Student Personnel Services with a concetration in Career and Academic Planning and a BA in Psychology from Rowan University. Most recently Amy attended Fairfield University working towards a Master’s in I/O Psychology.  Amy is a Certified Professional Resume Writer and holds SHRM-CP certification. She resides in Trumbull, CT with her two sons.
